Calling all women entrepreneurs…

If you run your own business, or are thinking about running your own business, you might be interested in attending a conference being held in London on 30th September called ‘Realising your potential as a woman entrepreneur’. The organisers of the conference are ‘Women unlimited’, the online community for women in business. Their mission statement is to double the percentage of female entrepreneurs in the UK from 17% to 34% in the next 20 years. This might seem quite a modest goal but it could have a significant effect on wealth creation in the UK economy, not to mention give thousands of women the opportunity to realise their full potential on their own terms.

With this in mind, September’s conference is very much designed by women for women. The Chair will be Pauline Crawford of Is That All There Is Ltd and the agenda will feature four internationally-acclaimed speakers: the founder of Ecademy, Penny Power; the co-founder of Stargate Capital, Gita Patel; best-selling author, Gina Lazenby and co-founder of the Athena Network, Jacqueline Rogers.
