The last couple of weeks have been very hectic at Auditel, which is why we’ve had a short blog hiatus. The reason for all the activity was our annual National Conference, held at the Welcombe Hotel Spa and Golf Club in Stratford Upon Avon on Friday. For all sorts of reasons, the National Conference is the highlight of the Auditel year and it was really satisfying to see so many consultants at an event with a really energetic, lively buzz about it.

Great news reached us this week from two consultants in the Auditel network, who have reported record new business for the year. Gill Gibbon, who has been an Auditel consultant for five years, has signed over £1million of new expenditure under audit. Much of this is new business from existing clients, who clearly recognise and appreciate the contribution of Gill’s services to their own success. It also illustrates the stable, long-term nature of the relationships Auditel consultants develop with their clients, working with them over a number of years as integral members of their management teams. Gill’s colleague, Phil Wilkes, has also posted record new business, signing more than £500,000 of new expenditure under audit in the same period.
